a copy of the Report before the Legislative Council, and I submitted
it for the consideration of the Executive Council, the members of which approved of the recommendations
contained in it.

seems little

staff is not sufficient to efficiently carry
out

work of the Observatory, and Your Lordship will see that
the Commission recommends
that it be increased.
Dr Doberck proposes
that there should be a
chief assistant at a salary of $2,000,
